New listings this week are consistent.  223 this week compared to 229 the previous week.

Closed listing this week are slightly down.  152 this week compared to 163 the previous week.

It is crazy that there is more VA loans used to close this week than FHA.  Conventional loans continue to be the most used way to finance a home.

Homes under contract this week are slightly up.  211 this week compared to 195 the previous week.

Fox Valley home prices March 16th.  It is going to get to almost 60 today and then roller coaster with the temperatures for the next couple of weeks.  It will range from the mid 30’s to the mid 50’s.  We really didn’t have much of a winter.  We will see how the spring weather turns out.  So far so good.
