Conventional financing was used to close on 205 homes this week at median price $495,000 with 18 average days on market.

Cash was used to close on 39 homes this week at median price $575,000 with 14 average days on market.

FHA financing was used to close on 23 homes this week at median price $389,900 with 33 days average days on market.

VA financing was used to close on 13 homes this week at median price $509,000 with 22 days average days on market.

2,000 SF or more closed on 182 homes this week at median price $597,450 with 20 average days on market. Minimum price this week $325,000.

Conventional financing continues to be the best choice to get to closing with just under 73% and over 64% of homes closed were at least 2,000 SF or more.
