It is sunny and 83 degrees right now.  This next week we should see highs from 85-95 Degrees and lows from 60-72 degrees.

We will show you price ranges on the communities I keep track of in Kane and Kendall Counties of Illinois.  Median prices.  How homes were closed either with cash or what type of loan was used. Communities that seller’s accepted contracts.  If seller’s accepted any short sales.  Did seller’s accept any contingencies on closing or sell and closing.  2026 by the month new listings, closed, and under contract. Finally how to get in touch with us and information that might be useful about the buying and selling process.

Almost 70% of homes closed this week used conventional financing and more than 53% of homes closed were at least 2,000 SF or more.

Seller’s accepted contracts that are contingent on the buyer closing on their current home.  3 with a kick-out clause of 72 hours, 2 with 48 hours, and 1 with 24 hours.

Also, seller’s accepted contracts that are contingent on the buyer selling and closing on their current home.  1 with a kick-out clause of 72 hours and 4 with 48 hours.

That is only 11 out of 188 contracts accepted that had either a closing or sell/closing contingency.
