A few things need to happen before you can go out and start looking at homes.
First you need to contact a local lender with all your financial information so they can see what you qualify for. They will give you a letter showing that you have been preapproved.
Next we need you to sign a buyer representation agreement. Then we can start to look at homes.
REALTORS only show homes that the buyer is qualified for. An open house is different. Anyone can go to an open house.
You can sign-up for email alerts and choose the criteria you are looking for in a home and it will get emailed to you as they hit the market. You can also search for a home anytime.
Thinking about selling your home? Fill out this form and tell us a little bit about your home, what has been updated, and we will do a market analysis to show you what it might sell for in today’s market. We will also provide you with a net proceeds that shows you the expenses to sell so you can see what you might walk away with at closing.
You can find out more information about the buying/selling process here. Scroll down to see the guides and videos. Let us know what questions you still have.
