Fox Valley area of Illinois home prices May 24th.  It is 68 degrees right now and partly cloudy.  We are expected to see highs this week  from 64-75 degrees with lows from 42-55 degrees.  Thursday looks like best chance for rain.

New listings this week are down.  241 this week compared to 293 the previous week.

Closed listings are up.  197 this week compared to 162 the previous week.

More than 71% of homes closed this week by using conventional financing.  Over 56% of homes closed this week were at least 2,000 SF or more.

Prices do fluctuate with the housing stock that is available for the week.  If we continue to see a trend we will let you know.  So far we are still in a seller’s market.

That is only 9.5% of seller’s accepted contracts with a house contingency.
