Fox Valley home prices April 6th.  We finally see the sun.  It has been raining for days.  Temperatures will go from the mid 50’s up to 70 the next couple of weeks.

New listings are up.  223 this week compared to 125 the previous week.

Closed listings are down.  183 this week compared to 209 the previous week.
