Fox Valley home prices December 16th.  Mid 40’s continue to the end of the year.  We will take it.

New listings this week are consistent.  78 this week compared to 85 the previous week.

Closed listings are also consistent.  138 this week compared to 132 the previous week.

We definitely are not setting any records this year.
