Fox Valley area of Illinois home prices October 25th.  It is 54 degrees and cloudy right now.  This next week we should see highs from 51-61 degrees and lows from 39-44 degrees.  We are getting colder and soon we will be turning the clocks back so it will be hard to see outside of homes after work during the week.

New listings are slightly up.  212 this week compared to 198 the previous week.

Closed listings are also slightly up.  189 this week compared to 170 the previous week.
