Fox Valley area of Illinois home prices November 29th.  It is 28 degrees right now and snowing.  This next week we should see highs from 22-32 degrees and lows from 10-25 degrees.  Definitely a change in weather.

New listings are down.  81 this week compared to 142 the previous week.

Closed listings are also down.  149 this week compared to 199 the previous week.

It is a holiday week so it is shorter.

We are definitely doing better than 2023 but only 156 more closings this year than last year.  Closings are the most important column to look at.
