New listings this week are way up.  321 this week compared to 166 the previous week.

Closed listings are down.  196 this week compared to 246 the previous week.

A little over 71% of homes closed this week using conventional financing.  We are still seeing cash offers used more than FHA and VA combined.

Also, seller’s accepted contracts that are contingent on the buyer’s selling and closing on their current home.  2 with a kick-out clause of 72 hours, 3 with 48 hours, and 2 with 24 hours.
