Fox Valley area of Illinois home prices November 1st.  It is 49 degrees and cloudy right now.  This next week we should see highs from 49-60 degrees with lows from 34-45 degrees.  The weather is definitely changing.

New listings are down.  188 this week compared to 212 the previous week.

Closed listings are up.  230 this week compared to 189 the previous week.

Seller’s accepted contracts that are contingent on the buyer closing on their current home.  2 with a kick-out clause of 72 hours, 2 with 48 hours and 2 with 24 hours.

Also, seller’s accepted contracts that are contingent on the buyer selling and closing on their current home.  2 with a kick-out clause of 72 hours, 6 with 48 hours, and 1 with 24 hours.  There was also 1 that did not choose a time limit or chose an alternative time period.
