Cash was used to close on 23 homes this week at median price $370,000 with 38 average days on market.

FHA financing was used to close on 8 homes this week at median price $389,950 with 123 average days on market.

VA financing was used to close on 5 homes this week at median price $377,400 with 68 average days on market.

2,000 SF or more closed on 16 homes this week at median price $442,450 with 57 average days on market. Minimum price this week $344,900.

Over 71% of homes closed this week used conventional financing to close and over 87% of homes closed this week were less than 2,000 SF.

It looks like things are picking up slightly. The most important column to watch is the closed column. Next is new listings. Under contract can be deceiving because not everything closes. Some homes are coming back on the market.
