Fox Valley area of Illinois home prices December 20th. It is 38 degrees and cloudy right now. This next week we should see highs from 30-55 degrees and lows from 15-41 degrees. Christmas day should be the 55 degree day. Wild! Especially after all the snow we had this month.
New listings are down. 89 this week compared to 109 the previous week.
Closed listings are up slightly. 153 this week compared to 142 the previous week.
