Fox Valley area of Illinois home prices August 2nd.  It is 80 degrees and partly cloudy right now.  This next week we should see highs between 82-89 degrees and lows between 60-72 degrees.

New listings this week are up.  293 this week compared to 260 the previous week.

Closed listings are also up.  256 this week compared to 230 the previous week.
