Cash was used to close on 19 homes at median price $495,000 with 48 average days on market.
FHA financing was used to close on 20 homes this week at median price $380,000 with 22 average days on market.
VA financing was used to close on 7 homes this week at median price $499,999 with 9 average days on market.
2,000 SF or more closed on 121 homes at median price $572,800 with 24 average days on market. Minimum price this week $335,000.
Conventional financing continues to be the way to go with over 75% of homes closed using it and over 58% of homes closed this week were at least 2,000 SF or more.

From 2024 to 2025 there was 128 more homes sold. From 2025 to 2026 there was only 61 more homes sold. That is not a big increase at all.
More homes are coming on the market but not as big an increase in solds.
