Fox Valley area of Illinois home prices September 27th.  It is 87 degrees and sunny right now.  This next week we should see highs between 76-89 degrees and lows between 52-60 degrees.

New listings are up.  264 this week compared to 232 the previous week.

Closed listings are down slightly.  172 this week compared to 183 the previous week.
